Buchtgma was originally a minor polity within the Joker Cluster. In some manner, Ba-Hatma is tied to Seable, another minor polity on Both. In JC 2992, Bosjathfort took charge of both Seable and Ba-Hatma. Combining the two, he created the Magical Kingdom of Buchtgma. From there, Bosjathfort extended his considerable power to gather the most fearsome throughout the Galaxy. Here, he recruited Beauty Peel, Kesagi, Kaeshi and Decors. In JC 3030, Buchtgma had both the resources and man-power to commit to an invasion of Hathuahunt. Presumably, after the Sorcerer Wars, Buchtgma was destroyed or fell back into a non-note-worthy state.
