Kei
Kei is the hot-headed, aggressive member of the DIrty Pair. She’s the first to open fire and the first to get upset when people say "Dirty Pair" instead of "Lovely Angel". Naturally, she prefers heavier weapons than her partner. Although she has a short temper, her methods usually get results. Kei rarely has the patience for the necessary research but her skills in combat more than make up for any shortcomings.
Kei is voiced by Tonguu Kyouko.
