Delays With Gears Online

Post by Tachyon » Wed Jan 11, 2006 4:46 pm

Sorry, everyone, for the delays here at Gears Online.

I was making big talk not long ago about all the material I was going to add to Gears Online and then went quiet. I've been having all kinds of problems here but I'll pull out of them eventually. My office project finally ended but my wife's brother died and she had to run to India without our 5 month old baby. The baby had no passport so I've been taking care of him on my own since New Year's.

As soon as I can pull myself out of this situation I'll get back to work on Gears Online. Thank you for your patience.

I've received great L-Gaim material from kosh and great Quo Vadis material from Gpenguin. Thanks, guys! Your submissions will be put to work as soon as possible.

Hey Tachyon:

Life intervenes. Don't worry about the site right now, just take care of business.

If there's any help you need, email me or call at 435-755-9752.

Thank you, everyone, for your support and understanding.

It looks like a resolution to these problems is coming. In a few days I'll fly to India to deliver the baby to his mother (my wife) and then I'll stay for a few days. After that I fly home for about a month of living on my own. During that time I should be able to work on more material than usual.

This isn't definite yet but tickets are being purchased and I'm looking forward to ending these rough times.

Welcome back, buddy.

Take a few seconds to decompress, dude! Crossing the International Date Line probably cause a little jet lag, eh?

Oh, and I've got subtitled "Wings of Rean" and "Good Morning Althea" ready to ftp to you at any time.^_^

As other said, please rest until you're satified.

BTW, I heard that traffic in India is true chaos. How about your opinion?

The traffic in Hyderabad India is scary but not as bad as Cairo, Egypt.
