It's a Val-Balah; similar to the one used by the Terror Mirage.

Really? Where is that info from? I had thought it was simply a ceremonial, non-functional bow?

Simply a deduction I made. Looks like a Val-Balah, and with no other info available, that's what I refer to it as... Until more accurate information surfaces.

The Val-Balah was introduced during the Emperor Rescue Mission and fielded by Aisha's Terror Mirage: it's a larger, more sophisticated version of an Aussie aboriginal kill-stick.

I have one other qustion what happened to the KOG's buster launcher and speids and also is there any information on the KOG V3?

It's a bow like KOG says.
In some ceremonies, handing over a longbow represents the succession of power/rights/etc from one generation to another.
Not sure what significance it may have in a dedication/unveiling ceremony.
