Oops, I missed the photo of last year's Calvary R.

You know, after seeing the ST kit, the old Calvary R kit looks kinda bad... the upper body looks way too stretched out. I might actually want to get the ST kit after all...

I like the lower portion of FAC2004 Calvary R. The torso and the biceps for examples are overstretched, which makes it the overall proportion looks a bit weird.

I'd say bash both ST and FAC2004 Calvary Rs and make it into a better one :P .

the paint scheme of the 1/35 Ashura is quite
but i think the Feedorah quite ok, and the pic with the 2 Gastness is WOW!
esp. the darker one on the right!

hopefully Model Graphix / Dengeki / Hobby Japan will give a good coverage in next mth issue

I think the Gastness was already covered in Model Graphix last year during FAC 2004, so I am not sure if we will see more coverage this year.

Hobby Japan and Dengeki don't seem to do full features on MH kits from FAC... they usually just have some tiny pics in the back of the magazine...

Forgive me for drifting off topic but I agree that Hobby Japan and Dengeki Hobby don't give nearly enough coverage to Five Star Stories.

Sometimes I swear they'd be doing everyone a favor by changing their names to "Gundam Seed Monthly."

They pretty much just cover the major-firm stuff, like volks and WSC... and only when the kits just come out. They never feature dioramas or anything like they did in the past.

I am so sick to death of Seed.

Does Model Graphix have illustrations as well as model photos?

But I thought the one at the very bottom just release the other week, so how can that some one appear in last yr. FAC?

I mean, I have seen last yr. Calvary R now that you mentioned, but isn't that the same one that some of us were discussing in another thread the other day?

Model Graphix is primarily a model-oriented magazine.

Parts from the 1/100 SR3 "comic" version...... Damn, so tempting.

Looks like his "Aweken" has an internal skeleton from which you build up the armoured sections. Here's a link to an auction with the parts...

and the WIP/"how to" page for the same kit from his w/s

It's an Aweken. I don't know the scale.

Thanks. Quite frankly, first time I heard of this MH name.

It's been mentioned before. It is just not seen very often.
