Yahoo Japan purchasing

Post by errol » Sun May 15, 2005 7:04 pm

Hey everybody out there at gears. I had a question about buying kits off of Yahoo Japan. I read somewhere that someone had mentioned something about a person that would broker deals on the site. I tried looking but could not find the information. Right now there is a MM V-siren neptune with curved downward antenna looking things. I believe it is Christie v's Mortar Headd. I don't know what it is, but lately that has been my favorite MH. I cannot find this kit anywhere and this may be my only hope for an original version. If anyone can help, I would owe you big time. Even if someone has had a bad experience, let me know. Desperately seeking this kit.

Thanks,
Errol

Use www.rinkya.com. It's rather expensive with all the fees and shipping, but its a way to bid on all those rare items on Yahoo Japan without having to know Japanese.

I have used http://www.celga.com for a long time now and I'm happy with their service.

I've used Celga also without problems. However, I recently tried http://www.shoppingmalljapan.com/ and I think they are better for the following reasons:

1. You can bid in actual time. You need a gold accout to do this with Celga.
2. Faster shipping. Celga takes about a month to receive the kit. SMJ took only 2-3 weeks. But this depends on how soon the seller ships the kit.
3. Cheaper than Celga, although not by much.
