Sony Imagestation
Some of us have been using the above to upload images for other members to view in this forum.
I'm very sure that last time I view the last set of images from the above, I can view the Full Size image, not a small pic.
Just recently, when I try to view full size image, guess what? It is asking me for money.
do you guys have the same problem? Can someone confirm this?

If you buy a pet from pet stores , you are encouraging those breeders to breed more. This is the condition that they lives in:

yeah, just recently, i've been trying to upload some pics (from Official Art of FSS) and found out that only Silver members (paid members) and above can retrieve their pics in full size. Free members' pics are reduced size. Wasted my time
i think photobucket limits each pic to be max 250k

was referring to sony imagestation. The person who owns the album must pay so that he himself and others can see them in full size.happy hopping wrote:Wait, are you refer to Sony or photobucket? pay $25 per year for 1MB... i think it's a joke. paid users should have a much larger pic size.
i can store 1MB pic files in ImageShack and they have user profiles now. I can store 1.5MB pic files in Picsplace. Both of these are free, and they dont have any bandwidth limit crap. The only thing is that they are not "albums", maybe harder to manage or share, but I think some simple HTML using free web hosting should do the trick.

Bottomline is I feel that Paid Service should be better than what they're currently offering.

Thanks.
Alright, so much for Greedy Sony then. Neat trick though.
So I guess we'll have to bail out of Sony and deal w/ Photobucket or freewebspace.com

Ok, some time back I stumbled on a photo album website. By registering one account ID u get:
- 1.5GB mail space (yup 50% more than 1GB GMail) POP & SMTP accessible, no footnote advertisement the last time i checked. (BTW, anyone who wants a GMail account, I have lotsa invites)
- 1.5GB photo album, unlimited bandwidth. Choice of public or locked albums with passwords.
- others dunno wat else :p
The account is totally FREE ~~!!!
The catch is... its in Chinese
It's based in China, there's no other catch to it though. And its very fast!
I think this can be ideal for you guys to put up pics of your models, etc.
If anyone's really interested, and cant navigate around, maybe I can try make some guide. :p

No need. Use the free service that I post my SSS photo will do. It's free 1 GB upload, I don't believe there is ever any bandwidth limit.
