Where did he say it came in an original WSC box?

He just said it came in a cardboard box.

It's raining here and I'm lazier than I already am :P . I repainted the head and spray the white on the chest. Masking takes forever! :x .

Hi guys....

Good to see other ppl are working on their kits as well...
Anyhow, here is my effort for the weekend. All the parts are cleaned up and base coat is applied to all of them except for the darn buster launcher :?

The head, chest and torso are finished. I don't think I will try the heavy
weathering on this one... we'll see. The yellowness on the picture is from the lighting... it looks a bit more whiter than pictured.

Man, I might have to take the picture at outside after this thing is finished as the whole thing is quite BIG...

Any other progress over the weekend?

Looking very nice, yp :D . I was just now doing some touch up on some of the parts. Hopefully I can make some real progress like the ones you're showing. Good luck on the rest!

Actually, here's another reason you can slow down not to do any modelling work :D

with the rain you have in your area, the humility is too high, if you paint, too much moisture in the air can affect your paint result after it dry.

He is about to tell us that his house is moving faster than his car on Interstate 60. So he can't get a steady hand on the airbrush flow :D

You know, today I had to stop airbrushing shortly after I began because too much moisture was trapped in the air hose...

I'm all out of gunmetal, so I used Steel instead... (Good idea, bad? )

The shop that has the paint I need is too freaking far away....

And I really hate painting with enamels -__-

But hey, look at it this way: Atleast I started finally (Took me long enough.... )

I've pretty much always seen the schpeltor's buster done in black. Would be a simple matter to use some black spray enamel (flat probably), and then top it with a nice coat of semi-gloss clear lacquer.

Hi guys,

Scheizzel and Akuma, thank you guys for your generous comments.
Good luck on your projects as well~

I got to work on the kit a bit more today... The legs are finished and
attached. You know, the pose of the kit looks much more
dynamic than I thought... I like it^^
Two arms, a shield, and a Buster to go 8)
