Since some of us are interested in other works by Nagano, I thought I'd start a message thread where we can talk about them.

To start off, here are some character designs Nagano did for Namco's Tekken.
I'm sure most of you are familiar with this game.
Only one of these designs made it to production and that is the leopard print (changed to zebra print) costume of Anna Williams.

FSS Quiz for Maniacs 2.1:
State the volume and page number of Five Star Stories where you can see Anna Williams' zebra print costume.

Thanks for those artworks Hitori.
If you have more :D (and the bigger, the better^^)

For the extra question, no idea. This hat would fit Lachesis well, but I don't remember seeing her drawn in a tiger outfit...

Never seen those pics before! Nice~! :P

"State the volume and page number" :( too hard for me. I just remembered she appeared at the start of the episode titled "Zanda City" (i think).

I didnt know it was leopard spots before the final zebra stripes design. Personally liked this chara design very much
Looking for:

He also designed Ivy's 3P outfit from Soul Calibur 2, if I'm not mistaken.

Word of mouth (or rather AIM) with the admin of D3F, I think it might be in one of the books later than the FSS Outline.

I thought the alternativ costumes were created by fans that what namco did since Soul Edge. They first release the arcade version. Then fans contribute their clothing scetches. You can see this in several mags like Dengeki G's, V-Jump,Famitsu, ect. Namco then select the readers most favorite and creative design.

Hmm, the cast of Five Star Stories, in a Tekken style fighting game...

Does Suezou=Gon?

Might be a fun way to find out how characters that never met in the story stacked up against each other...

Wonder what a "Maximum Buster Typhoon" would look like 3D animated...
