questions of FSS Newtype posters (USA & Japan)

I would like to know that which numbers of Newtype has Five Star Stories posters and other merchandise?
From this forum I have found that December -05 and January -06 would have some. I assume that those are from Japanese version of Newtype?
Me and my friend bought large pack of USA Newtypes (which came without posters..) and November -03 magazine was with text that it comes with FSS poster. Could somebody tell what picture it had?
