Gall Force Work

Postby Tachyon » Sat Apr 21, 2007 5:07 pm

The Earth Chapter images needing clean up are now less than 100. I made some progress today on the character sections for Destruction and Stardust War. I need to do minor translations so I can sort out what are the titles of the different Solnoid officers. After that I need to resize the "women with guns" images. Then I'll finally be able to do the ship pages (the most fun pages).

Wow. That is awesome. The new GallForce section is the shizz-ny-izzle!

Man, look what happens when I go away for a while. (A long while...)

Dayum. I'm impressed. You guys are rapidly rendering my collection of anime books and zines useless! :D

Keep it up-like!

Good to see progress being made on the Gall Force page Tachyon. I know the scanning and clean-up is time consuming, plus work and family eat up even more of your time. Great job so far though! It's a rare oppurtunity to see so many ship designs. I like them nearly as much as the robot mecha.

On a side-note Tachyon, if you like starships and large fleet battles, you should check out Legend of Galactic Heroes if you haven't already. Space Opera at some of its best.

Also of note: Legend of Galactic Heroes is purported to be based on and/or an adaptation of the director's (or is it the writer's) Traveller campaign!

That's a fascinating bit of trivia Grebo. I did not know that. And to think, my Mom and Pop always said nothing good ever came out of playing video games or role-playing games. Finally, proof they were wrong about something. Ha!

Schweet!

But.. wouldn't the "Roaringu" just be the "Roaring"? (I don't have my Gallforce books in front of me right now, or I'd check it myself.)

Oh. "Roaring." That makes sense. Ok, I'll change it.

Sorry for the recent delay. I found a number of mecha line art images for Destruction weren't cleaned up very well. I'm doing a second round of clean up which should finish in a few days.
