what's the real difference btwn. this set and the last one? Besides the increase in price? Don't tell me photo etch costs an extra 10,000 yen.
If you buy a pet from pet stores , you are encouraging those breeders to breed more. This is the condition that they lives in:

The added fact that, for the first time, you can buy each Mighty seperately for 40,000yen.

Those photoetched sheets are quite large, as shown in the comparison picture with the Designs book.

Reservation price is 105,000yen including tax. That's nearly $250USD saving.

So you only pay 105K yen?

You don't pay tax regardless, tax is for Japanese citizen. Even if you arrive to Japan, just by showing your passport, you can wavie the tax.

105000yen is the Volks Member price, and 5% tax(5000yen) is included in the price already.

When japanese resident orders the kit for me, and has it shipped to his apartment address in Shinjuku, I have to pay tax.

5,000yen tax is nothing compared to the 30,000yen I save by ordering it now.

HOLY CRAP!

I want some!

I mean, I don't want to build them, because I would destroy them, but I want to buy a complete set.

Anyone want to sell me a set when they're finished?

(I'm kidding...I can't afford it right now)

just saw them at Volks shop when i went Tokyo last week.
and yes they are fantastic! especially since the shop displayed the photoetch parts as well as the completed kits.

but no they dun seem to be priced at 40kYen each, Mighty beta is most expensive while i think Mighty Alpha was cheapest.
maybe due to the different number of parts included.
but all are great!
and i finally got to see 1/35 KOG and LED for the first time! as well as a completed Jagd Both version.
too bad no 1/35 Water Dragon......

i just missed out on buying Factories 2007 which is supposedly launch only mid-Feb :?
