Hmmm... first I've ever heard of that.

I look forward to seeing this illo of the Glomar. The idea of a flying house with a sail is a rather funky concept.

doesn't have a sail- that's risen only in an emergency (once during the series)

The Emaan mecha (not counting all ships) have been scanned and only the Drifand Dee and Drifand Dal still need to be cleaned up. I'll try to post the Glomar page soon. I don't know when I can get it up, though. I want to make separate pages for the 3 factions and have a HQ building image on each page. I just need to dig a little to find an appropriate Emaan building image.

Then the Chiram mecha and from there it shouldn't take too long to get the remaining images for ships and other assorted vehicles and devices.

I'm pleased to say I made some progress today. All the Chiram mecha (but not ships) are scanned and the Ishfon is cleaned up. The Emaan mecha have been cleaned up and the city images I wanted have been scanned and cleaned up. There's a nice shot of the Tobu Clan General Assembly.

Now the trick will be finding time at home to code some pages!

I haven't put much thought into that yet. Olson wears a baseball cap in a color illustration saying "Chiram" (spelled out in English/Romanized letters).

http://www.gearsonline.net/orguss/mecha/

These pages are rough drafts and I haven't had time yet to resize mecha images for the Web.
EDIT - There. I got the building images up.

The only mecha left to clean up are Nikick and Ishkick Command. I'll try to mock up some pages before I dive into scanning ship images.

Found some time today. The Glomar with sail images are at the bottom of the page.

This page is a rough draft. I may change names/terms, which images I use, etc.

The mech images are all cleaned up. I will scan Emaan ships this week and continue trying to identify 3 mystery ships.

I'm going to talk with an online friend in the UK who has been an anime fan for years and lived in Japan. He should be able to contribute some insights on translating names and terms for Orguss.

The Mu section is done. I don't know much about them. If I'm missing any images or information please let me know.

Looks good Tachyon. Orguss has always been a favorite subject of mine, especially since information about it is so scarce on-line.
Do you understand?

Well, I think most of us here at GEARS are gather because of less-known mecha series. :D

And great job, Tachyon. I can see Orguss section going to be our "star" section for several months :) .
