Screen Resolution?

Post by Tachyon » Mon Aug 16, 2004 2:43 pm

I was wondering, what screen resolution does everyone run? I run 1024 x 768 at home but 1152 x 864 at work.

800x600. Because most of my wallpaper fit with it. :D

1024 x 768 because anything lower is really grainy and cumbersome, and anything smaller is like a speck on the horizon.

1024x768... just cause i'm used to it. Any bigger and it takes too much to move the cursor around, any smaller and i feel crowded.

Thanks. That gives me some idea.

I looked through the site on a friend's machine that runs something like 1280 by 1024 and was appalled at how small the mecha images looked. I guess I shouldn't worry about it now. :)

I run 600x800,primarily because my old eyes aren't what they used to be.(Due mainly to 8 years of sitting 8 hours a day infront of an orange/green monitor where I used to work. :( )
Do you understand?

Mmh 1600*1200
Though for the net I limit the browser size to ~1000, cuz' it's a real pain to read message boards and text in general in 1600, you always lose the line you were reading^^.
