Well, I never been there, how would I whether they use F or C? But now that I flip to their main news website, it seems C is the standard on that web site

Most of the world uses C.

Not many. It's pretty redundant.

However only americans in the commercial cooking world use F.

After a little digging, it seems that Jamaica, Liberia, and Myanmar are some countries that may still use the F system. Hardly overwhelming.
