judging from the pics, it looks plastic. is it plastic? if so, 10000 yen is DAMN expensive for a 1/144 kit

It's a resin kit.

so wave is rereleasing Syujyu's con-only kit. Part of the price tag is probably due to it being cased in 3 different colors. Wave is also marketing this as hobby japan magazine order only, like the cavalry R from a while back.

Also I noticed that the Patraqushe Mirage in that diorama is modeled with high heels.

This version of the Last Junchoon is slightly different than the Last Junchoon kit from FAC2004. Wave spent some time on separating some of the parts to make it easier to paint, like what Tani did with his KOG V3.

Hrm... looks pretty nice... I look forward to seeing someone finish one.

I'll pass though... I gotta stick to my '1/100 only' rule.

Speaking of which, I wonder when we're gonna see Volks or WSC next kit...

Hahaha...... haaaaa........... :(

I haven't even finished my Junchoon yet. The one I started several months ago...

But I always like to see new stuff, regardless of whether I plan to work on it soon or not.

Unlike the other 99.9% of people here, I'm actually really looking forward to WSC's Ashura Temple Prototype 03...

Actually, I HAVE resumed work on Junchoon... I've just about finished up the armor skirts, then I just need to finish up the back booster and the arms, and I'm done.

You can't.

The mail away closed on the 30th of June, and you needed to be Japan resident and also remove and mail away the coupon from July or August's Hobby Japan.

I made the mistake of paying for mine and Jack's already, when my japanese contact told me that I didn't have to pay until it arrives in September, as it's COD.

:(

NOOOOOOOOOOO!

*stares at both of his July and August Hobby Japans*
You've never done me any good!

Blast.

Oh well, Yahoo Japan'll come through for me.

Why is it that the Last Junchoon is always in 1/144 scale. I think this is the 3rd 1/144 Last Junchoon already?? Why isn't anyone making a 1/100 version of it??
