LOL!! Absolutely classic-

a couple of potential additions

The hero invariably steals the Gundam- whether at the outset of the story or in the midgame- at some point the hero must steal his own mech (it may not be his to start, until he steals it and his vast piloting potentail is recognized) in the midgame he either 1- swears off fighting and goes AWOl with the Gundam or 2- steals an even more powerfull Gundam from the oposition-

And his piloting skills are so inate, that a mere glance at the operator's manual is all he needs to familiarize himself with the mecha's most advanced systems

As one who has frequently run Gundam specific RPG's- the building blocks of your article are the very bricks of my campaigns- nice work
