This is a set of add on parts for the HGUC Hazel. Parts are sold with the February issue of Dengeki Hobby magazine. Dengeki Hobby created the whole AOZ series (and the Hazel) to begin with.

It's not a bootleg at all, but it's not quite an official Bandai product either. It's a bonus packed with the magazine.

I have a copy of the parts set myself... it's quite good. Though you should be aware that it's moulded only in one color. Will need to be fully painted to mesh properly with the Hazel base unit.

The auction price is a bit silly... you can probably find the mag AND parts together for less...

Sorry, dunno. I always get my mags from HLJ, but HLJ is now sold out of this issue. You can try local japanese bookstores, if any are near you.

Ebay is definitely a 'buyer beware' kinda place.

Sometimes it's good though. Akuma got an original Kaiyodo Schpeltor w/ Buster (sells for around $300 on japan auctions) for about $40 on ebay.

Ebay is also good for rare things you can't get anywhere else...

yea im trying to look for more gundam Salamis battle ships, 1/1200 scales.
oh yea in one of the pics of the hazel, they used 2 support units and it made the hazel look like some Ex-S type gundam, with all these huge attachment... maybe i'll buy another one...
if i do, who wants the magazine?

eBay is a ripoff

I just saw another AoZ item on eBay today. It's a little blue Hazel Custom toy included with the march DHM. If you think you want it, don't bother, apparently it's pure crap. I'll be getting the mag anyway of course, but even I, a BIG AoZ fan have no interest in that hunk of plastic. I had seen pics of it for a while now and it looked pretty bad but Danny Choo has the lowdown.
