The "Gathering" WIP thread

Hi guys....
Good to see other ppl are working on their kits as well...
Anyhow, here is my effort for the weekend. All the parts are cleaned up and base coat is applied to all of them except for the darn buster launcher
The head, chest and torso are finished. I don't think I will try the heavy
weathering on this one... we'll see. The yellowness on the picture is from the lighting... it looks a bit more whiter than pictured.
Man, I might have to take the picture at outside after this thing is finished as the whole thing is quite BIG...
Any other progress over the weekend?

Actually, here's another reason you can slow down not to do any modelling workSheizzel wrote:It's raining here and I'm lazier than I already am. I repainted the head and spray the white on the chest. Masking takes forever!
.

with the rain you have in your area, the humility is too high, if you paint, too much moisture in the air can affect your paint result after it dry.

Hi guys,
Scheizzel and Akuma, thank you guys for your generous comments.
Good luck on your projects as well~
I got to work on the kit a bit more today... The legs are finished and
attached. You know, the pose of the kit looks much more
dynamic than I thought... I like it^^
Two arms, a shield, and a Buster to go
