Wave 1/144 B4 and Hydra Mirage Coming?

Post by Knolly » Sat Oct 14, 2006 6:48 pm

Just curious if anyone has heard about this.
In my DH magazine from last month I noticed there were some small pics of a Hydra Mirage next to pics of a B4, which led me to this page:

The pics of the Hydra were primed whereas the B4 was finished, so I'm not sure what to make of it, heh.

Actually, Wave is trying to get a 1/144 Mighty Series set going. Hydra is sculpted by Syujyu and should be available in mail order soon.

Isn't that the guy who did the recent 1/144 Last Junchoon?

Sorry to double post, but does anyone know why the B4 is so expensive? It's more than twice the Last Junchoon. The only thing I can think of is the clear parts, but the Junchoon had three different colored parts yet was still only 10000 yen...

Hm...

I think it is because of the clear parts. The HLJ listing says this kit has photo etched parts too.

Wave are also tooling an all new plastic MH. no idea which one or what scale. I’m guessing 1/144, but who knows?

pic from the recent hobby show
http://komica6.dreamhosters.com.nyud.ne ... 607029.jpg

basically says 1/100 100% new mold injection mortar head kit under devlopment

looking at the sword.....maybe a engage series?

edit: my mistake, it didn't say the scale would be 1/100

It does look like it could be a Engage Sr1 sword. A 1/100 plastic Engage Sr1 would be quite interesting...
