Well well well.

I'm both happy and annoyed.

I really like the buster variation, so I'm happy to see this kit.

But I'm annoyed that they didn't just release this first. And I was sort of looking forward to seeing Volks release something else - entirely new. Like Heavy Cross, T-233, and so on.

But still, I love the buster on Calvary R. So I'll be going for this kit.

All I'm wondering is, why is Hirai the only one that's getting worked?

No, they didn't. The other guys are busy sculpting Super Robot Wars...

Cool news. :D

It's interesting how Volks used to have lots of sculptors working on FSS, and WSC was pretty much a one man show (with occasional guest appearances), and now it seems WSC has more FSS sculptors than Volks, even if their output isn't huge.

Considering Volks almost left the FSS market altogether, I guess it isn't surpising that they have cut back on their FSS efforts. Dare I mention recasters as part of the reason for this?

I assume SRX is the name of the series, but NOT a no. of robot series called Super robot wars? If so, what's the main web site of SRX? I like to see what they looks like.

And why is Volks doing this? Is SRX very popular in Japan?
If you buy a pet from pet stores , you are encouraging those breeders to breed more. This is the condition that they lives in:

SRX is the combined robot from SRW OG. Assumption wrong.. considering it says it quite clearly on the link..

SRW is pretty damn popular.

Volks updated their site with pictures and price for the Calvary R. Reasonably priced at 26800yen.

Nice one. I wonder if that thing stands up without needing additional supports.
