Tachyon Junior #2

Post by Tachyon » Sat Jul 09, 2005 10:51 pm

Tachyon junior #2 was born yesterday, July 8th at 2pm. He weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and was given a clean bill of health. My wife is doing fine although she's quite tired. I'll add a photo or 2 to my personal page in a few days even though I've been told all newborns look alike.

My first son is getting a gentle introdution to mecha while my wife and 2nd son rest. I'm watching ADV's release of Science Ninja Team Gatchaman with him. The show is aimed at a younger audience but with my son next to me I can use the excuse that I'm monitoring it for excess violence (a parent's job, you know :D ).

Anyways, I'll try to get some site updates loaded up before long.

That's how it should be! Father and Son, bonding in front of a nice episode of mecha anime.

Yes, we've decided on a name. My wife liked Aaron.

There's lots to do here but I can get an occasional break. My mother likes to visit and help out. We're working on getting a visitor's visa for my wife's mother.

My wife wishes to thank everyone for your kind words.

Yeah. He's two now so he has a better attention span. It's easier to read to him now, too.

Well, congratulations ! :D

Wow, if I ever have a child, I wonder how I'd name him... I'm never satisfied and keep changing when it has to be the perfect choice... (for mecha-design for instance... yeah, quite far from naming a child^^ but that's the first thing that came to my mind :P )

Aaron, hm? It's a good name. My little brother's name is Aaron too.

I'm sure you all will have a grand ol' time with the two youngins.
