That's a really great preliminary. Why don't you CG finish it yourself?

If you get your hands on a copy of Photoshop, Painter or even Paintshop Pro and follow the guides you've laid down in your sketch, you'll find it's really easy.

You've trusted yourself this far, with good results. Take it all the way!

Another way to CG it would be with Illustrator.
The ergonomy is crap but the result is nice. I don't know your artistic background, but if you're afraid of donig a whole CG artwork (or don't know how to use photoshop, don't own a graphic tablet...), vectorial art is a good alternative. The look may not be THAT personnal, a bit less "artistic" than doing it "by hand", but the output is very clean.

Here are 3 FSS artworks that I vectorised, mmh cuz' I have way too much time on my hand... mmh no I mean, cuz' it looks good :P

It's not really hard once you know how to use the vectorial tools, just follow the base artwork, but it's really long.
The Jagd (the green one), is made of about 1500 various shapes I think...
Maybe there are open-source vectorial software better than Illustrator.

Cuz' in any case, you'll have to do a clean outline of the artwork (unless you're going for a full realistic artwork), which means either doing it with a vectorial software, or by hand with pencil then inking rigorously.
Come to think of it, Flash may be quite good for this task too, but I've never tried.

To the creator of this thread....I really wish that YOU had not STOLEN my work....even though the design itself was terribly derivative of other work and its old and shoddy to boot as well.
