Tachyon: Given that there's a 'tsu' character in the bike name, I'd suggest Paaki as the english transliteration. I can do some research to help with an L-Gaim section. It's one of my personal favorites. I can still remember how excited I was when FSS came out, and I realized it was a variant on the L-Gaim storyline.

New Giant Robo Coming!

I just found out about this today. I submit this URL for your checking-out pleasure:

The design work isn't as intense as Mr. Kobayashi's, but it's got potential. Check out the storyline, too. It looks like it could be really cool.

Oh, and 2000 Year Old Man,

I don't know - maybe the idea is to get the enemy pilots laughing with the lame pink color scheme. Distracted MS pilots are easier to hit...^_^

That's the cost of doing business, my friend. Now, if we could just get hold of Mamoru Ito and get him to do some original art for us...^_^

I agree. Episode One was fun! I'm glad we get to see the Inspector Army this time, instead of just seeing them in flashbacks. Plus, I like the CG work. I, too, am looking forward to seeing more of the characters. It looks like a real interesting bunch. It also looks like more characters are going to...

It's okay -- CLAMP did Magic Knights Rayearth! They know from mecha... Actually, they know who to go to for mecha. Toshihiro Hirano directed all the Rayearths, including the OVAs.

I've got faith in this show!

If you have the original Gall Force, it won't hurt to pick up the Earth Chapter. It continues the cycle of reincarnation hinted at in the end of the first Gall Force chapter; the war between the Solnoids and Paranoids rages on - now it's fought by humans against the homegrown artificial intelligence...

I have to agree with your estimate. I was thinking similar things on a long drive yesterday. Yes, the Empire has hordes of Tie fighters. UN Spacy has hordes of guided missiles. Contact with the Ties would be made before the fighters actually engage. During the "missile round", the Valkyries would be...
