Heavy Cross isn't made by Silicon Tribe. Heavy Cross is made by Under Pressure (I think that's their name). What I said about the size of 1/72 kits only applies to those made by Silicon Tribe... I have the 1/72 LED V3 by Silicon Tribe and the 1/100 LED V3 by Volks. The ST kit definitely seems small...

look closely at the words on the box - it clearly says vinyl. these pictures are from the links above.
have to agree with u that the kits in the pic should be vinyl
but the one in MH Saga was resin

but it's 1/72, will look quite funny among my 1/100 kits...... It's a funny thing, but Silicon Tribe's 1/72 kits are about the same size as a large-ish 1/100 kit, like WSC kits or recent Volks releases. I'm not sure, but I think Volks LED V3 in 1/100 might be a tiny bit taller than Silicon Tr...

well i would suggest getting a 2 lamp setup (useful for modelling anyway) so that at least u would get light in one side and pure shadow on other, unless u use a reflective board like the website link but even that has it's limitations. 3 lamps will be perfect, not sure whether incandescent or flour...

BTW, I'm from SG too - where do u get ur kits from? for WAVE IP still available at HobbyPoint, but that's all u can find. no good places in SG for resins a...

Re: Anyone selling Jagd Mirage

And if you ever change your mind.. I'm still mad keen from before. :) hehe.. unlikely now if the WSC recast does not turn up  anyway for yahoo auction, if it's Japan or USA then can at least make use of VPost. just make sure the buyer accepts Paypal or some equivalent system to protect agains...

Re: Anyone selling Jagd Mirage

I am thinking of doing a jagd mirage for my next project.Anyone selling theirs or know of any cheap places where i can get one. The only "cheap" Jagd Mirage you are likely to find is one of the G System recast versions. Original Jagds don't really come cheap, in any form. G-sys dun seem to carry th...

Re: A good beginners Mortar Headd resin kit?

I have never built any kind of all resin kits before. Which MH kit do you recommend? The MH kits that interests me are the Mighty Series, the Junchoon series, Cloudschatze, Bangdoll, Atoll, LED Mirage, Wunderschatze, Vatshu. The Bangdoll design obviously looks difficult to build. Also 1/144 or 1/10...
