I watched Gundam SEED about halfway through , that's all I could watch , and GS is basically a retelling of the original MSG with elements of 08th MS Team , 0080:War in the Pocket and 0083:Stardust Memory thrown in . Sort of an amalgim of the one year war in a new timeline . From what I read about G...

SDC : SC was the most heavily edited and re-scripted portion of the Robotech Trilogy . The original plot had nothing to do with what it became and the reason it did poorly , IIRC , was it had a dead time slot . SDC : SC was the third release in the Super Dimensional series , Macross and Orguss came ...

Welcome aboard Himitsu , always nice to see another victim....... er , I mean member . :D It's funny , of the shows you mention , I've seen only Eva and I consider it to be mecha , just a different sort . Biotech always interests me , being a fan of the Vorlons from B:5 it's only natural , as far as...

I wouldn't hold my breath for Z Gundam goodies , SEED Destiny is what is being supported now and will be as long as it sells . I'm afraid Zeta probably wouldn't appeal to the fan base that Destiny does and that's where the money is for Bandai/Sunrise , unfortunately .

Rest in peace Mr. Scott

I know this isn't really mecha related , but as a Trekkie and sci-fi fan in general I must sadly report the passing of James " Scotty " Doohan . Mr. Doohan passed away today at age 85 from pneumonia and complications of Alzheimers Disease . Warp speed Scotty , we'll all miss you .

My vote went to the Pallas Athene also , it just looks good and when you add the full equipment load out it just gets that much better . The O was alright , just not in my tastes asthetically , oddly enough I do like the Bolinoak , it's very purposeful and uncluttered in design .
