I don't have much, but I can try to get good pictures from Knight Flags and Smoke Walls if you need them since I only have those two.

It was chrome and now transparent, perhaps the V3 semi-transparent armor he's going after.

Scritti is a hard one to find indeed. Original can be found on YahooJapan auction every once a while.

Check out one made by a friend http://s89202096.onlinehome.us/atoll/atoll.htm .

I found this picture of Clouds Schatze. Tani's first Jagd was listed at 59800yen. It's understandable how that Jagd got its price. I still don't see how his V3 add up to 50000yen.

Thanks for the advice. I'm pretty sure it's the 1/100 clear volks, not a recast. http://www.hobbyfan.com/product_info.php/cPath/168/products_id/699 What are recast sites like ? Which kits are for sale ? (It's becoming increasingly difficult to track kits down) I recall a few Korean sites that might...

The other 1/100 you're talking about is from Volks with full clear armor http://knightclub.cool.ne.jp/mh/hydra/hydra.html . This Silcon Tribe Hydra is an old kit. ST Hydra comes with clear shoulder armor and the shoulder insignia using decal. Volks 1/100 is a better buy, I think. ST 1/72 isn't that ...

If the kit was 1/100, I might have considered it. But 50000yen for 1/144... no way. Why not? Jack bought his 1/144 Junchoon for something like 68K yen. or was it US$468? Besides, did Tani make the JagdMirage in 1/144 and 1/220 at a higher price? I bought it for around $460, but that was off YahooJa...

Yeah, I know what you're saying. I was just Xitching at the pricing :P . Tani did make a big comeback with a small kit :x . At least he still sculpts, hoping he would sculpt more 1/144s though, I'm sure you and others feel the same.

The price would still be much too high even if the kit is in 1/100 with clear armor.

I mean, we saw the kit but still, it doesn't add up to 50000yen, not even close.

Yeah, 50000yen, I know time equals money and it took Tani a long time to complete this kit, but what in the world is in this kit to get this kind of price?

It still won't justify the cost of this kit even if it does come with clear armors...

Yeah, Hydra was his too, which didn't look too bad. His KOG and AT has some problems. The problem with ST as I was saying, if they stick to only releasing kits in events, people will soon forget about ST. If he didn't bring out the SR-1 at FAC, people would forget he did one previously and an Empress.

Well, some kits aren't good, sure. But the Schpeltor they did a long while back is really good, IMO. Definitely a hell of a lot better than the Volks MM Schpeltor Lonn w/ Buster. In fact, I like the ST/Kaiyodo Schpeltor almost as much as WSC. And I guess there are some people who like the ST LED V3...
