You don't pay tax regardless, tax is for Japanese citizen.
105000yen is the Volks Member price, and 5% tax(5000yen) is included in the price already.

happy hopping wrote:the finger re-attachment is very nicely done & very convincing. Did you just glue or use tiny pin to re-attach the fingers?
I pinned the thumb so I can attach and detach during the assembly. The rest of the fingers were pinned and puttied for reshaping.

MM vs SAV SR-1

I thought maybe some of you would like to see how the two would match up against each other. MM SR-1 is taller and slimmer than its SAV counterpart. The SAV SR-1's got more meat, and it took some time for me to get use to after looking at the MM SR-1 for so long. The new SR-1 is a cleaner sculpt tha...

Yoda finished his WSC Jade Temple. I think it looks great, much much better than the pictures at WSC site.

That looks great. :D When did you become a sculptor?? Thanks. Hopefully the painting part of the kit won't be a letdown, whenever I get to it that is... It was fun working on reshaping the joints, but I wouldn't say I'm qualified as a sculptor yet :P . I lack the right tools and imagination to do m...

Extended the wrists and elbows. Next on the list of mods will be the left hand and the neck. A lot of work for a simple pose... Wrist- http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/sheizzel/Volks%20SAV%20Vatshu/VTBK_wristmod01.jpg This will be the final pose minus the shield. I think I will reshape the sho...

Here's how it looks like right now. The forearms are missing in the picture because I still have to sculpt new elbow joints and redo the wrists. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v477/sheizzel/Volks%20SAV%20Vatshu/VTBK_pin01.jpg Also, I'm contemplating whether or not I should add detailing to the el...

Volks SAV Vatshu

This is a recast SAV Vatshu I got a few weeks ago. I wanted to take this chance to try something new by modifying the pose a little. Nothing drastic since I've never done it before. The original pose is ok, but the swords will have a hard time staying in the hands of the Vatshu without falling out. ...
